Constantly getting error message

The new gen version on my ps5 keeps getting error message now for over a week I hadn’t played this week thought it would have been sorted as it’s happening constantly so I can’t play it’s says game or app error i accepted and reported loads a week ago and it’s still happening usually I play old gen if this happens but it’s not allowing me to do so today for some reason. I was hoping after a week it would be sorted but it’s just happened twice in 5 minutes after trying to do some sbc
