Create a player more freedom

Since the creation of the attributes Defensive Awareness (replacing Marking), and Composure, these have not been added into the menu Create/Edit a player. These attributes are automatically set to 50...

@4booo I've always been curious about that too. Odd there wouldn't be a training option or have it develop with playtime.
