@Stewdinho83 Think it’s better to lump all posts in one thread if it’s all the same issue. A lot of times ea has given an answer but people miss it. Not only is it easier for ea but easier for the player with the issue.
Personally I think it’s better they address issues openly instead of hiding them in posts where they claim it’s fixed and here we are now 3 weeks later and they still say it’s fixed with zero comments since.
Ea have given an answer as you say, but not commented afterwards to admit the issue is still ongoing. Plus it would be good to say you’re moving it. I had no idea it had been moved at first so assumed it was being deleted to hide their issues.
but thanks for adding yet nothing to another post. Hope you’re getting the attention from ea for commenting on everything but j out addressing the actual issue. But so long as it’s easier for ea, god forbid someone actually did some work and provide actual customer service
- @Stewdinho83 I don’t think it’s adding nothing. What’s the point of 40 different threads on the same issue and ea answers in a couple. All the other thread get lost and the person thinks ea is ignoring it.
I know this because this happens all the time. The most common lately is the bug where you get kicked from the game. If you delete your squad on the web app you can play again.
I explain it or even link ea giving the answer in multiple posts but it would be easier if this was all in one thread.
I realize you want to make multiple posts on the same issue thinking it will get attention faster but it won’t. All it does is create more confusion.If someone from ea actually replied with updated that would be a start! 3 weeks ago these packs were due, within a couple days they say it’s all sorted and since then they have said nothing! It is clearly being ignored from a customer perspective! They might be doing stuff behind the scenes (as they damn well should be) but to not even say we have noticed people and are looking into it, or acknowledge it in anyway is shameful and yet again all you do is defend them regardless of the situation. I’ve asked you multiple times to not reply to my posts as you add NOTHING. I genuinely believe you and your opinion is superior to everyone else’s from how you talk to people and frankly it’s people with this wa can’t do anything wrong attitude or oh they are busy we need to make it easy for them is what is so wrong with this community
- @Stewdinho83 I think the problem is the way you talk to people. You are not being objective in your opinion. I am asking to make it easier to help people. Maybe you are missing the point because you don’t help very often on here.
It’s one thing for new users to make similar post as they probably don’t know but to purposely do it you make it harder to help people.
Rather than try to understand it’s about helping people you always just think you are right and their can be no other opinion.
That doesnt change the fact that 3 weeks past and nothing has happened
