@hab74n7d9q6a We are not arguing with the time frame. I think everyone would like it fixed in seconds even ea. I am sure everyone would rather the problem not even start.
They have updated 5-6 maybe even more. They might have consolidated posts I don’t know to make it easier. They even put up a giant yellow banner to explain it.
I really don’t know how much better they could have handled it. Maybe pm each person or responded into the hundred or so individual threads. I dunno that would be great but probably unrealistic.

@RadioShaqs but a lot of complaints i read are about priority for ea. So the time frame they put it in. Why is that they have priority if its benefits ea and not priority if it benefits the players?
And the preseasonrewards had a yellow banner for a day or 2 but the issue hasnt been resolved. But they keep a lid on it and hope people will forget. Just look at their action last year.
