Dear EA Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for the game FIFA 25 and the FC Points that I purchased in the last two months. I fully acknowledge my responsibility in the purchases made, but I am reaching out in the hope that you may be able to offer some understanding and support given my personal circumstances.
Over the past two months, I have spent the last of my financial resources on FIFA 25, believing it would be a source of enjoyment. However, the game has unfortunately had the opposite effect. The technical issues, glitches, and game-breaking problems—many of which I understand are known to your team—have made the experience very unenjoyable. I’ve encountered numerous bugs that have ruined the fun and satisfaction I was hoping to get from the game, and instead, it has contributed to feelings of frustration and distress. I am aware that there were significant sales just weeks after I made my purchase, which has only added to my sense of being misled.
On a deeper, personal level, this game has had a negative impact on my mental health. I am going through a very hard time in my life right now, and I truly believe that the time and money I spent on FIFA 25 has compounded my struggles. I have even found myself feeling hopeless, to the point where my mental well-being has been seriously affected. I regret that I allowed myself to be so deeply invested in something that, in hindsight, has only caused harm.
I want to stress that I take full responsibility for my choices. However, I am kindly asking for your consideration in refunding at least a portion of what I spent, either on the game or the FC Points, or even both. I understand that this is not a standard request, but given the personal and technical issues involved, I hope there is some possibility of support.
In addition, I would appreciate it if my copy of FIFA 25 could be removed from my account, as I no longer wish to have this game associated with my profile. It has truly been a source of distress, and I feel it would be best for my well-being to move on from it entirely.
