defense and offense problems

Can someone tell me how to defend in this game and what buttons to press?? And also how to attack, which buttons to press to dribble because it's no longer an idea. Last month I was in division 1, now I can't get to 2. It seems to me that, beyond the lags, I can no longer play. I'm afraid I'll uninstall it this year too, but I don't want that to happen.
