Did not get my player reward Cruijff from sbc

Hi,

So i finisht the Johan Cruijff sbc on 21.12.24. Still did not receive the player. Its been 9 days now. And EA HELP is anything but helpfull.

I have proof i finisht the sbc, and tried every step from articels. Still nothing.

Its getting realy frustring, theres alot of time and money in that sbc.

What are next steps what i can  do?
