Division Rivals : Did not receive Promotion in New Season
I had been promoted from Division 5 to Division 4 in last season. But after the season ended I am again assigned Division 5. Why I didn't receive my promotion? Any help?

yo , season endend so if you were in 4th you've received prizes/rewards and right after you were in new division , one lower then before (always happens at the end of the season)
So, you're saying after each season, it'll place me in one Level below the highest I am in? (If Div-4 then I'll start at 5, If Div-3 then at 4 and so on??)
that's how it works with new season but first you'll reveive rewards for the league you were
