Ea and toxicity

Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that they just didn’t think rush through properly. Clearly tested by a very small group in a studio rather than have any real world thought added. 

from day 1 of rush on the beta I thought this would be abused, shock people are abusing it. The “bright” idea so far was ah let’s make an assists thing so people pass…a) this shows how unthought of the game was that they thought they needed to add this, b) it moved the issue to people not shooting as wanted assists, c) there’s similar “pick up” modes in other franchises and shock no issues there, let me guess though that’s a community issue and nothing to do with ea fc studio doing nothing to cut toxicity in the community when they actively just push the pros and streamers

all about the bottom dollar with this studio and zero consideration for the community, total lack of actual communication and a team that refuse to take criticism regardless of constructive or not 

They could remove objectives that create certain styles of play. They could make rush cards actually count for goals and assists so people use them in the mode intended. 

im nit paid to come up with what ea should do, someone is probably making a fortune deciding that, I’m just asking them to pull their finger out and do better. You don’t need to defend ea on every post. We’ve argued about that before and yet clearly you have nothing better to do than comment on every post you can find as that’s all it feels you do. I won’t be engaging with you as last time you cried off to ea about it so please just stop replying to any post I make as it’s starting to become stalkery and creepy

It would actually be nice if EA actually listened the community once in a while. They have beta tests, countless posts on forums like these. But it’s like they take any feedback from the community and just burn it on a huge fire and then do the total opposite of people want. 

it’s not just with FC though unfortunately, they are renowned for it with every game. 

I used to be part of the beta for this game until I criticised it on one of these message boards and all of a sudden I’m not beta testing anymore. 

I posted stating still waiting on packs due from fc24 tasks and linked a post where they said it was all sorted. I had a message saying post deleted due to discussing moderation (?!?) 

you can’t say anything that appears to question them on here without risking bans for anything it seems. Ask a genuine question because facing issues and basically get a nope it’s all sorted response. You can’t win an argument with a brick wall as they say 

They are an absolute disgrace, but unfortunately if people keep buying their games they’ll just continue to do what they want with no accountability.

They had to close ea help due to people selling players to accounts and now this is the best we can get for any sort of customer service but they 100% don’t provide the support they should in my opinion
