RadioShaqs I tried to follow your advice and managed, after what seems like an eternity, to speak with a EA adviser on here.
I offered to show them my connection quality report and gather videos if needed. They advised me not to bother and instead to reset my online squads and delete my profile. Obviously this did not work & my gameplay is still atrocious. It’s glaringly obvious the EA reps on here have no idea how to fix the dreadful gsmeplay hence the pushback to customers about their ISP’s (it’s definitely not for most of us anyway)
