EA Customer Support

Hi

Does anybody know any other avenue for customer support/complaints than the EA Help live chat?

I have had a horrendous experience this week dealing with them. As a person with some limitations, suffering with a long term illness, I am appalled by the callous nature with which my support requests have been met with,

Does anybody have a written address or email/phone number for complaining about mistreatment by EA staff?
