EA do not care about their playerbase.

Question

So firstly I just want to say how incompetent and ridiculous this company are. EA do not care about their playerbase one bit.

Early this month I was market banned for apparent 'coin distribution'. However, this is completely false.

Due to the most recent Fantasy FC Cup (For Maicon) I bought a lot of players whom were extinct so I had to revert to sitting on the market for a while trying to snipe them. I finished all of my games (went 30-0 in Cup) and then sold all of the players i bought for the maximum price as i did not want to lose money and they were extinct. EA then banned my account as i guess they thought I was buying/selling coins but as I've said this was never done nor have I ever done this.

I raised an appeal - Declined, raised a second appeal with more information - Declined, raised a third appeal WITH BANK STATEMENTS TO SHOW I DIDNT BUY COINS AND EVEN MORE PROOF - declined.

How can a company have access to so much information that they can apparently 'investigate' but CLEARLY not see that I was selling players i previously bought and then ban someone for apparent 'coin distribution'.

The craziest thing about this is there are SO MANY cheaters on this game. I cannot play 1 week of champs without matching a cheater and having to lose games due to this but EA will solely ban legit players for just playing their game.

Forget about any EA employees outside of the TOS team as well because they will not help you with anything and the TOS team have no idea how to properly investigate a case.

i've played FIFA/FC for a total of around 15 years and It's insanely sad to see not only myself but others treated in this way when they are not tackling actual cheaters/coins sellers and improving their useless anti-cheat.

I cannot even play this game properly anymore because you are completely left in the dark by this company. I have spent so much money this year accumilating a few million coins from high finishes in champs(elite, rank 1/2 etc) and now it is all just sat there doing nothing.

Has this ever happened to anyone else before? I've seen many people get market banned for NO reason.

I totally agree, I think all EA victims should gather together and start an uprising or boycott. I should play the game to relieve stress, but this game drives me crazy, drives me crazy and stresses me out. Until this game is fixed and EA cares about us, everyone should gather around it and start a uprising. I wrote to the EA support team many times, they always let it go, they have a very dishonorable team, they all sip their tea while we get angry. Characterless scoundrels are violating our rights, we need to start an uprising, my friend.

The simplest thing to do is not buy the next game but this also seems the hardest thing for most.

I haven't bought the game for 3 years thinking they have fixed the basics but they ruin the gameplay after every patch so I intend to not buy the next game indefinitely untill I see positives in respect of many aspects, especially gameplay realism.

Again, best thing everyone can do who have issues and are being ignored is to give the middle finger to EA and not look back until they take it seriously and pull their finger out.
