EA FC 25 - feedback
When I play EA FC 25, it’s hard not to notice major issues that aren’t correct. For example, why do my center-backs stay in my half when I’m holding the ball on the opponent’s half (near their penalty box)? No team in the world does this. Or why do the opposing team’s strikers stand near the center line when I’m attacking their goal? Shouldn’t they be retreating and helping their defenders? For example, the Crystal Palace team regularly keeps three strikers on the halfway line when I’m near their goalkeeper. This is a huge mistake and ruins the enjoyment of the game. This does not happen anywhere in the world. Right now, I am playing EA FC 24 because 25 is unplayable, and such things don’t happen there. When I have the ball, my center-backs are on the opponent’s half, and I can pass to them. The opposing team’s strikers are pulling back and helping defend. Sometimes, they are even near the penalty box helping out. The team feels cohesive. That’s how it should be.
Another issue is the large gaps between the lines – between the attackers, midfielders, and defenders. There’s too much space, and it looks really bad. My players have so much room to build up attacks, and it’s very easy. The opponent isn’t pressing my players. The team isn’t cohesive and compact; it’s very spread out. For example, if I tell my full-back to play as a “false full-back,” the opposing winger stands on the halfway line while my defender has pulled into the center. Okay, this can sometimes happen, but in this case, it’s wrong. The winger should be pulled into the center and help the team. When I play, I feel like the players are just scattered around the field and don’t know where they should be running. It doesn’t look like football. The game is also incredibly fast. The players have unrealistic movements, and their speed is way too fast. Turns, dribbling, and sprints are insanely fast. Passes sometimes feel like shots.
I apologize if I was too critical, but I had to get this off my chest. I’m really disappointed with this year’s EA FC. I tried to play it, but this is not football. It’s some kind of arcade with random players and movements. For now, I’ll stick with EA FC 24 and hope for a major update as soon as possible! You can do it, just make it real, slow football. It’s really simple. Please!!
