EA FC 25 Beta code not working

Same issue here. Used the code it worked and nothing showed up in my download queue or update tray. They sent me a new code, i tried that and it had already been used up.. 

Any chance of some help here EA ?? 

XBOX user here, not sure if this will work for you but I had a very similar issue on my XBOX. What worked for me was checking my full library and sorting my date acquired. I found the title there and had to manually start the download. 

Mate wtf, it actually is!! How have they messed up this badly?? 

For anyones reference on Xbox its in: 

Full library > Owned games > Scroll down to "L" and it is names Loremlpsum25_XSX

I EMAILED THEM MY CODE RN AND THEY SHOULD BE SENDING ME ANOTHER ONE , HOPEFULLY IT WORKS I WILL LYK . IM ALSO ON PC.

Guys I got the same but you need to actually go across to your game library. Then your collection you will see EA 25 then click on it and download
