EA FC 25 can’t open packs due to player pick bug

Has there been a fix?  It's been a week I've been stuck with this 81+ totw player pick

Yh this is a joke now, I’m on holiday and I’m stuck on 81+ player pick which we all know will be terrible! I can’t open any other packs. Consequently ea are losing money as I can’t open store packs.
