EA FC 25 Career Mode

Completed every objective I can except one I lost to a prem club in the FA cup as a league 2 team I’m top of the league but I’ve been sacked mid season because I didn’t realise when I set up the career mode I set it to strict. 
this is so unrealistic as I’m a Bradford fan in real life if our manager managed to have us top of the league we’d love them not sack them because they lost to Ipswich in extra time in the 3rd round of the FA Cup.

i understand it may be an interesting setting but at least give me the option to turn it off once the game has started because I’ve wasted nearly an entire season to get sacked and I’m not taking a job where I’ll just get sacked again for not making some stupid round of the cup. 

One of the best FIFA/EAFC games in a long while but has some definite issues and for me this is one.
