I received a code for the BETA of FC 25 on PC
1, this is strange as my primary console is a PS5
2, the code didn't work
I sent an email explaining the code didn't work and they themselves even said to check the code sent as its invalid! (This is a huge red flag to me as a consumer and user of this product!)
This indicated to me that this was a robot and not actually a human replying to me as the whole issue is about an invalid code so yes it would be invalid and the fact that I got an email less than 5 seconds later lol.
I then sent in another email explaining that this was the code I was given and that's why I messaged in In to which I ended up with another email which i shared in the photos and screenshots of a code that i was sent by an employer! All good right? Well actually no i tried to use this code in which it gave me the Lorem Ipsum - DLC thing and my username on EA hub and i thought ahhhh good at least it works...
WRONG!!!! I tried clicking download and it said i had already redeemed the code in which again I took a screenshot of this with the time and date showing to ensure that when I complain they cant say oh i redeemed it and took the ss after!
I then also have another screenshot after the time in said last ss but of my EA library that I have added as proof that it i n act is NOT there!
I try to email about this again in which i get a response again 5 seconds later your code has been used... IK this already! So i try emailing again to explain that's the issue I was talking about I get the same response!
I don't like that when you have an issue you get put to a robot there seems to be no way of contacting EA to get this sorted quickly and I find that concerning as a user I would really appreciate if we was able to talk to you guys directly and that's why i wrote this forum to hopefully find a solution to this issue as I don't want to miss out on a code due to EAs mistake!
If possible too rather than give me another code on PC can you just issue another for Ps5 same email address and user name
BUT PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!
If anyone has similar issues or have had issues like this and was able to fix it please let me know!

UPDATE: I tried the original code on the EA app rather than steam and it worked
