EA FC 25 GAMEPLAY

Dear Ea,

I hope this message finds you well. I've been having problems with my game recently (EA FC 25), more specific with my players. First of all, why are my defenders absolutely * *? The ball is coming towards them and none of the 4 will make a move, and of course - i concede a goal. My second problem are the goalkeepers - why is this piece of * not catching the ball but hiting it with his fist? They do that like 90% of the time and as always - i concede a goal. Last but not least the attackers and midfielders. Tactics don't do *. I can forgive my midfielders for letting the ball get on out or to the enemy, but why do the LW,S, and RW don't move to the  ball? I swear those * are there cause their mom told them to. Overall the game hasn't changed in like 8 years, players are more and more * as the game progresses and - of course - I ain't get * from packs and player pics (a * 86 hero? no thanks EA). I spent 70$ on that mid * game, and i am a player that doesn't buy any fifa points because i like to keep it free to play. Why do i have to make aditional purchaces to make my * game playable?

To the rest of this forum, id like to know what mental assylums do you recommend?
