EA FC 25: Title Update #2, Only Available for PC Users?

With the game breaking issues occurring in all game modes and missing content (third kits, stadiums, boots, face scans, etc.), both for PC and console users, why is the new Title Update only patching...

I contacted EA asking for a refund due to it saying on steam that it is cross play but it currently isn't.

The EA live chat person then gas lit me saying "FC 25" is not a cross play game.

Disgraceful company.

I would of just paid for it on my console if I knew they were this unorganized
