EA Help ticket set to wrong status

I requested a refund, as I got only rare golds in a guaranteed TOTS pack. And after a long chat the employee finally created a ticket and said he would send it through. But the status on the ticket is “waiting for the player”, but I’m the one waiting for a solution, not the other way around!!!!!
