Ea now robbing our money

So I brought 1k coins to do the training camp on a player it went throw then I get a pop up it was cancelled now deffo not by me but I went throw to support they now saying was me that cancelled it why would I buy coins evolution the player I wanted to can cancel it now they saying I don't get my money back or the card back to be evolution thats just **bleep** right robbing of them game always got glitches but somehow it's our fault not there's yet always updated to fix problems they took money and don't fix a error and am gonna make sure I media this as much as I can sick of robbing company's thinking they better and not caring for there gamers who buy there stuff.
