Ea Play And Loyalty DISCOUNT

Dear EA Support Team,

I have been a dedicated player of the FIFA series and now EA Sports FC games for many years. Since FIFA 17, I have owned every annual release, all of which are in my library. This year, I am looking to purchase EA Sports FC 24. In past years, I received a 20% discount when buying the new game, which included a 10% discount for owning the previous year's game, along with an additional 10% from my EA Play subscription.

However, even though I currently have an EA Play membership and own FC 24, I am only seeing two separate 10% discount offers, and I'm unable to take advantage of the full 20% discount as before.

As a long-time loyal customer, I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved so that I can receive the appropriate discount. Feel free to verify my game library, which contains titles dating back to FIFA 17.
