EA Play Pro points missing

After seeing that I can get 1600 a month from EA Play Pro, I subscribed on 26/12/2024. At first, I didn't receive any and reached out to customer support where I was re-assured I would get the points. on 01/01/2024 around 18 utc - I still had nothing. Reached out to customer support and had the worst experience of my life, wasted 2 hours just to be ignored and the person I spoke to was just awful.

I still haven't got my points nor have I found any solution to get it. It's not even about the money at this point, I am just stressed over the whole customer support that made me lose faith in this company. I never had any issues over a decade playing EA games. I just can't fathom that a company that makes billions from EA FC alone can't get good customer support.

Has anyone had the same issue and have you found a solution?
