Same happened to me , i suggest you to forget about, EA will never do anything for their customers and players, we are just a number for them, they don't care about us and emotions of the players , many of the players are played with their souls and emotions to reach their goal on this game , EA don’t care about us. As long money are filled up the business we stay just as numbers . The fact is we should not buy and play this rubbish anymore!
