EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Ultimate Team™ Web app Transfer Market
The transfer market on the FC25 web app is locked for me even though it was perfectly fine on FC24 and I used it normally. I have never been transfer banned so I don't know why

you can only access it if you have bought lots of points in the past...
