Whether it’s madden or fc 25 they’re both telling me I don’t own the full game which in fact I do, what am I suooosed to do

Meaning they weren’t letting me log into the forum to reply or comment and I have yet to resolve the issue even after “ea support”

Have had ea play a long time through game pass on Xbox. Purchased it through the online store
