idk is it maybe because  I’m on ps5 but it’s a ps4 game but idk and if someone has a solution to the problem pls tell me

go to settings -> payment and billing -> order history and you will see it, it might have a weird name, press view in store and download it

I'm on Nintendo Switch for the Closed Beta and I haven't had any option other than FC News since day 1. Oh, I have the option to pre-ordered, but I can't play a darn thing.

I sign into the ea servers and I just get kicked out 

I am experiencing the same issue.  I also haven’t been able to “accept” the Feedback Agreement.  Anyone else have that issue?

my game just crashes every time i open the beta
