EAFC Career Mode - Youth Academy

I've been thoroughly enjoying developing youth players in my career modes, but the faces and hairstyles are absolutely atrocious and completely ruin the experience. The players always have chubby cheeks, and their eyebrows make them look like cartoon villains. Is this something EA plans to address? Alternatively, could we have the ability to edit how the players look, similar to what's available in Madden or College Football? This has been an issue since the game's release, and I can't understand why it still hasn't been fixed.
