So basically I’ve been grinding FUTTIES the last few weeks like everyone, I have hardly touched the game today and I go and load up the companion app and I go do some player picks and it keeps loading for like 5 mins, I assumed it was my internet so I restarted the app, im loading back on and im BANNED? I have literally done nothing wrong, No paletools or extensions just straight banned for no reason. I contacted EA to which they haven’t replied yet obviously but when I looked at my case, it said “Overturn” in green but im still banned on web app AND console? I don’t get it I did nothing wrong and I pre ordered the next game and im worrying, what if the ban carries over????

I'm afraid we're not able to help with bans through Answers HQ, but if there's been some mix-up with a ban please fill out the webform. Our Terms of Service team can help confirm whether there's an active ban on there or not and if it will be overturned or remain on the account.

my apologies, my main point of this discussion is, if someway I am stupidly permanently banned in this EAFC , will it carry over to EAFC 25? If so I might as well cancel my preorder and why does it say overturned if the ban hasn’t been overturned

After reading that, unless they realise I did nothing wrong and unban me, I probably can’t play FC25 might as well cancel it, thanks for help

Hey @Spiredzz,

It’s definitely worth submitting an appeal if you believe there has been a mistake and it sounds like you do! I popped the details on how you can do that in my first message, so do give it a go.

In the meantime, if your ban hasn't been overturned and it's one that'll carry over to the next game, I think you're right; it might be best to hold off on pre-ordering until you can see about appealing the ban.
