Eafc25 not giving me the mode stated
Email said I could play ultimate team but it’s not showing at all only the general modes are there

Same here, email states Ultimate Team (The only mode i play) and all I have is kick off, friendlys etc.

Well they sent wrong codes out so wouldn't surprise me if they got that wrong 💩💩💩💩

Same, now it's asking me to pre-order it with 0 modes lol, not the best start but as expected.
Least that means they're aware and sorting it i guess.its about right for EA they never get anything right
