Getting this error when searching for a clubs rush match with 2 or 3 people in the lobby? any ideas how to fix?

how do you fix this error ?
I have the same problem fix your servers ea. i can understand some problems but just being unable to play at all is just ridiculous.
Unable to find match in the club,
League, Rush, Drop in
Got error “there was an error searching for additional teammates, please try again”
