Evolution Bug

Hello,

I recently contacted you regarding issues with my game EA FC 25. My defenders were behaving strangely—running away from attackers and leaving open spaces, and overall, there were a lot of mysterious things happening during matches.

I then created a new account, and on that account, the game ran perfectly and was fun again. However, after placing a player into an Evolution (Evo) on the new account, the same bugs started happening. That’s when I realized the issue might be related to Evolutions.

Back on my main account, I removed Theo Hernandez from his Evolution, and the game returned to normal, confirming that his Evo was causing the problems. I haven’t played with Theo Hernandez since, which was okay for me.

Today, however, I made a mistake. I packed Ze Roberto Fantasy Hero from a Hero Pick, and at first, he played completely fine—the gameplay was normal and enjoyable like it had been in recent weeks. Without thinking, I added Ze Roberto to an Evolution (LM Inside Striker ++), and immediately, the gameplay became buggy and weird again. I quit the game right away and started a new match to prevent the Evolution from completing, but unfortunately, the issues persisted, making the game no longer enjoyable.

I would like to ask if it’s possible to remove Ze Roberto from the Evolution? Alternatively, could you delete the evolved version and restore my original Fantasy Hero Ze Roberto?

I just want to be able to play normally again and enjoy the game.
