Evolution by mistake

When someone chooses to Evo any tradeable player it will make the player untradeable. 

Unfortunately this can not be reversed as there is no way to undo or remove an evolution process that has been applied.

If it is your bro who did it, he probably did not know that too so I would advise you to be more careful and your brother too as there will be many more Evo's in the future of all different kinds.

I don't see why they wouldn't be able to take the evo player from your club and give you the coins back that you bought him for.

It would be nice if they could give u another opportunity to evo someone else too.
