Extreme controller input delay in online play EAFC 25

Almost everything in the game runs smoothly and perfectly, but as soon as I play rivals it's like my controller doesn't work. I am on PC, please help as I am completely unable to play.

Hey @Ghost_megenta as that is not a supported controller then we would not be able to assist or troubleshoot.

We can only offer help with issues related to supported controllers.

I have now tried a PS5 controller and it didn't work, so what should I do now?

I don't know if it is a controller issue.

Are you using the PS5 controller wired or wireless @Ghost_megenta?

If the latter are you using the official Bluetooth dongle?

    same here.. with cabled and certified Windows pad (buyed a month ago)
