False Ban

It's been nearly 10 days after I got banned and I still didn't get the answer what is the reason for the ban! They say that they decided I deserved ban but they never said what is the reason! Now even said that their decision is final and they are not gonna change it and I should not text them on mail cause they are not gonna respond to me?? Like wdym you are not gonna respond I paid money to buy the game and you can not even say what is the reason for the ban so I tell you how wrong you are? I did absolutely nothing wrong!! What is going on with FIFA developers and support? How it is possible that someone get banned for nothing?
