Falsely banned for Coin Distribution / Coin Selling ??

Last night I did some trading on the market and made some decent flips ahead of WL... trading the likes of Osimhen, Chiesa, and a few other meta cards I saw were popular on futbin. I also traded some INFORM cards that suited the new "JUDE EVO" the likes being INFORM Curtis Jones / Gueondouzi and Base Pacqueta. Finished with some bidding / flipping on low rated fodder 84-86 and called it a night.

at ~11:30AM I was greeted by an email from EA Stating...

"Hello, We noticed that your EA SPORTS FC™ Account has been involved with Coin distribution, which breaks our rules. YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED FROM EA SPORTS FC™ ONLINE ACCESS."

First of all I have never received any type of infringement on my account nor have I commited anything the email allegates against me yet I am faced with a first time account wide / game wide perma ban.

I have obviously appealed this and made a case regarding this and have as such requested a DSAR as I have come to have learn many if not a majority of users have also faced this EXACT type of ban for doing the exact same thing, using the market fairly to trade and make profits in order to better ones own team (META PLAYERS ARE NOT CHEAP)

Ive also read somewhere that plenty of others have been banned for selling cards for an EVO when they have risen. This makes utterly no sense when in the email EA also state..

"You can earn EA SPORTS FC™ Coins by playing Football Ultimate Team™ and by trading within the Transfer Market, but you can't purchase Coins or have Coins transferred between accounts. Buying or selling Coins through a third-party is against our rules"

Has anybody faced anything similar to this ? How did you go? I thought playing Weekend League was stressful, but now after everything I have read on these forums and reddit, I truly believe using the Trade Market to invest when cards are low during the week and selling later when they rise is absolutely detrimental to ones account not being banned eventually. This was my first time mass bidding / trading and makes me not even want to use the market ever again even if being unbanned.. absolutely stressed to death over this entire ordeal.

  • @xMatteeoo The forum will be hard to tell. Very few will say they were cheating and deserved the ban. Only you and ea would really know. It’s obvious people cheat and sometimes people can get banned unfairly too.

This is true I can totally understand this, but I'm still left confused how I was flagged and banned for Coin Distribution / Coin Sharing when I made a small profit, went from 400k-500k total from start to end. Wouldn't the ban issued be for potentially Coin Buying? since my overall coins went up not down.... just seems bizzarre to say the least.

Oh well I hope my appeal gets the ToS to thoroughly investigate as I strongly believe this is another false flag from the bots algorythym hence why I was always anxious about getting into Futmarket flips.

  • Hey, you got an answer yet?
got banned on monday morning after selling a bunch of totws I bought for cheap and sold high bcs of some sbc requirements. its insane you get banned for using the INGAME TRADING function. I have the same * going on. No one replied to me yet and I dont know what to do anymore. trading was the most fun for in ea fc 25 since everything is * anyway. Im paying real money to have the service of ingame transfer market and they ban me for using it.
