Falsely Transfer Banned on Companion app for "using Modified Client"

I have been Transfer Banned on the Companion App for "using Modified Client".  I have no idea what happened or what I did because I don't use any 3rd party apps etc.  I have no idea what happened and...

    I have sent it twice and they have said it was justified and never given me a reason why. I have no idea what I could have done. 

    the companion app transfer market is the major fun I’m having so it’s really disappointing and may cause me not to spend any more money.

      @jakebeede,

      I'm sorry to hear that they haven't revoked the ban, but ultimately they have the final say in these matters. You can always send another dispute, but if they've decided that the ban was justified then there's nothing else I can recommend.
