Fc 25 beta code not working???

I just came back from vacation and I redeem the beta code I got when I was in vacation only to come back to the beta not showing up in my account. I contacted the live chat and they said to post your issue here. Then when I try to redeem the code again it says it’s been redeemed but the first time I redeemed it it said it was successful. Can  someone help me over here, considering the beta closes very very soon and I haven’t got a chance to test it. Thank yku
