FC 25 Cheater closed my game. Maybe access more ?

Hi guys.
I encountered a cheater in Division Rivals. He slowed my players down to walking speed.-unfortunately we got used to this in FC25- But then he closed my game. I didn't know that a cheater had control over my computer. The fact that he could access my computer just because I opened the game and came across one of these people is shocking to me.&nbsp;
Cheater's name is [Removed - EA_Barry]. I reported in-game, in EA app and EA Help. But worlds best company wouldn't let me put any video proof i captured.&nbsp;

You should be saying "please don't do this" to the cheater, not to me. A week has passed and EA Help still hasn't taken action. How about this ?

I have also added clips to each of my cases. However, I have the feeling that nothing is happening. Reporting cheaters every week in Champs, even in Rush or Cup mode I have to create cases - annoying.
