FC 25 PC black/frozen screen before matches

Dear EA Sports and EA Community,

When entering a match on some game modes the  screen freezes on black with the FC logo, on bottom, EA Sports gray letters or black press square to full introduction. 

Sometimes I can enter a match but at half-time the screen goes black or the 2nd half pitch is empty of players and ball.

Have tryed many solutions, reinstalling, repairing, deleting but with no success.

My laptop meets the minimum requirements.

Is there perspective for a FC 25 update to solve all these issues?
