Fc 25 PC speed up lag stuttering

I'm on a 7900 xtx with 64gb ram and 7800x3d.

I've messed with adrenaline settings. I've updated drivers I've re installed the game. Nothing works. When I feel I found a good setup I play for a good 5 games without issues then randomly happens again. It's very frustrating and makes me want to even go back and play on console and deal with the input lag there than this.. Nvidia users seem to have a fix but amd does not. I've done almost everything and nothing works
