I did preorder FC 25 Ultimate edition in the month of July but cant see the game getting downloaded.
Neither the fc points nor the hero pack?

I had preordered fc25 way back in July but cant see the game being downloaded on 20th sept.
Neither can I see my Fc points nor hero pack.
I was told by EA guys that this is a global issue. Is it?
