FC Hub ladder rewards are backwards!

For example the new "Intro to Chemistry Styles"...

Apply 3 chemistry styles to get 1 back?

All up apply 17 chemistry styles to get 4 back... shouldn't the reward be better than the cost?

The entire Hub and SBC rewards system is a joke
