FC Points not Loading

I purchased fc points yesterday but they havent loaded into my account. Im on ps4 and EA support said it was a Ps4 issue. The issue is that on service list it says remaining 1 when it should be remaining 0. Has anyone ever had the same issue and if so how do i solve it?
