Fc points not showing up

Hi, I have a problem on fc 25 for some reason that my fc point store isn’t available and isn’t even there. So I bought points from the PlayStation store directly but haven’t received it on fc25 even ...

    I bought 300 point and when I open fc 25 it did not show up
