FC25 10 hour trial EA access

I bought ea access so I could play the 10 hour trial when I click on eafc25 it loads up and says play trial so I press that and then after loading up it says that my trial is expired but I haven’t ev...

Can you try restarting your platform to see if you have access to the trial in the store?
