My FC25 beta code is not working and after it was redeemed some weird name showed up and i tried it again but it was already redeemed and it never starts downloading idk if it might be possible if i could get another one.
So update i went to my purchase history and i pressed on the app that got downloaded and it said open in store and i just had to install it from there

That's exactly what mine has done!?!? What do I need to do it says the same name lorem ipsum? Do I just need to wait?

Exactly the same issue as me. Just says 'Lorem Ipsum' then underneath "Free game - followed by my code". No way of associating this to EAFC25!
Sorted. If you go into your 'Game Library' then 'Purchased', it should load up in there and be able to download
