FC25 on PC: Cant sub players, Cant change teamsheet, cant change captain etc

I am playing with Chelsea on FC25 for PC. I cannot move ANY reserve players on the bench into the starting 11, nor can I even swap say Palmer (CAM) to RW. I cant change the captain of the team either...

Every Team sheet is fine you can make changes but it’s just Chelsea you can’t do it at all you mans fumbled it still I can’t lie
