FC25 on PC: Cant sub players, Cant change teamsheet, cant change captain etc

I am playing with Chelsea on FC25 for PC. I cannot move ANY reserve players on the bench into the starting 11, nor can I even swap say Palmer (CAM) to RW. I cant change the captain of the team either...

If you delete any extra tactics you have for that club the issue seems to go away. Only use/edit the default tactic for now until they fix this bug

    Default tactics don't help at all, ea needs to fix this *
