FC25 on PC: Cant sub players, Cant change teamsheet, cant change captain etc

I am playing with Chelsea on FC25 for PC. I cannot move ANY reserve players on the bench into the starting 11, nor can I even swap say Palmer (CAM) to RW. I cant change the captain of the team either...

Same here, i cannot switch players position, substitute, and if i decided to go to team management during the match, i am stuck there, it only happens with real madrid though
